Roscoe is a beautiful and loving basset whose owner left him and his 'brother' at the shelter. He has been stressed out by the whole experience, especially being separated from his basset buddy. He is heartworm negative, very loving, and so happy to be out of the concrete jail that he has had to call home for several weeks.
Please check back later for more details about Roscoe's wonderful disposition and personality.

Foster Update:
Roscoe is a sweet, gentleman of a Basset. This healthy boy loves to go for walks, trips to the dog park or any opportunity to run and play with other doggies. He would do best in a home where there is at least one other dog. Roscoe has fantastic manners as he has shown no signs of food or toy aggression. This boy is house-trained and is good with children. One of his favorite places to be is curled up on the couch or snuggling next to people. Roscoe prefers a lot of human interaction so he would probably do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. He currently does not go into a crate when his fosters leave the houseā€¦.he has freedom to roam the house and has proven to be a good boy. Roscoe is a loving boy full of sweet personality just looking for a family who will love him. His "brother" is Wrigley and if there is any way you want to adopt both of these lovable boys, you would get not one but two super hounds! And you would make these brothers extremely happy to be back together!
