What a lucky boy!  Scared of the shelter environment, Charley was determined to be "not adoptable".  While on his way to the "back room" of the shelter, an employee at the shelter decided maybe this boy deserved a second chance.  Once he settled into the new routine and began to trust people, turns out he's quite an affectionate little guy!
Charley is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and appears to get along with everyone.  He lets you take things out of his mouth, and will even sit up and beg for a treat.  Once into his new foster environment, we'll know if he is already housetrained or not.
