Audrey is an 11 week old puppy with unusual markings, mostly red and white with a black muzzle, which could eventually fade to red. She has gained weight, and now weighs about 12 pounds. She has black around her eyes giving her the appearance of mascara, and all the glamor of a little movie star! Audrey is adjusting very well to a scheduled routine, is making progress with housetraining, and has learned the doggie door. She enjoys the company of other bassets, so long as they are very tolerant and gentle with her tiny little body. She likes to chew, but is easily deterred when corrected, is learning the meaning of "no". She is also learning some basic commands, and would like a home where she will continue to received discipline, positive reinforcement and continued training. She does very well with the example of another dog, which would be a plus for her adoption.
