WOW what is an acquisition? It's STUFF we sell at the silent auction.

WHO?

You need to contact family members, friends, fellow workers, business contacts, service people, businesses that you may use....

THINGS TO SAY!

1)  Remember to stress the purpose of the auction-NTBHR rescues 100 basset hounds per year in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.  We are a non profit organization whose purpose is to rescue stray and abandoned basset hounds and provide necessary medical care, and place them in loving adoptive homes.

2)  Be specific. Know exactly what you want each person to donate to the auction.

3)  A telephone call or face to face meeting is more effective then a letter

4)   North Texas Basset Hound Rescue is a 501C3 Tax Id # 75-2706935 all donations are tax deductible.

Advertising will support our auction catalog that will be distributed during the event.  The catalog will outline auction item descriptions and events for the evening.

Catalog ad space can be purchased as follows:

Full Page   $150

Half Page   $75

Quarter Page $50

Business Card $30

Payment is made to NTBHR by CHECK at the time of purchase.

WHO? Contact groomers, daycare/boarding facilities, pet sitters, animal hospitals, pet boutiques, individuals can purchase in "honor of" or just best wishes to the rescue. Ask anyone that has a business.

3)  Payment is made to NTBHR by Check at the time of purchase.

4)  Include donors name, address, phone and email

Memorial ad space can be purchased for the same pricing as regular advertising as listed above.
