Update:  Lovely Gump has had such stressful life - he has worked hard with a behavior trainer and is on medications to help him cope with everyday issues.  Given his issues, Gump is not adoptable at this time - however he can be sponsored to offset his medical and training expenses.  He is loved by his foster and works very hard to be a good boy.

My name is Gump, and I love peas and carrots! I’ve never eaten them before, but they sure do smell good, and they look like they go together perfectly.

Right now, I’m waiting to find a forever family that will be the peas to my carrots. I am hoping they will have a nice yard for me to run around in, will like to take me on walks, and will have a couple of active dogs that will play with me.

If I can find all of that then my life will be just like a box of chocolates (which I am not allowed to eat), because it will be as sweet as can be!

Gump has been through a lot in his short life and needs a patient and understanding family.  He has some behavior issues which he has been working with a trainer for and is doing great!  His new family must be willing to follow through with his training.
